Having not been quoted on this list before, I guess I'll answer another one.

If the B. abscess was drained spontaneously or in the office instead of in the OR with a procedure called a marsupialization, the recurrence rate is 50%. You state there are several cysts in the area. Abscesses and cysts are different and there are two B. glands, left and right. I'm not sure what these "several cysts" are.

As above, we need to know what type of cysts before we can give more info. Same answer for questions below. Sorry but without more info, I'd be flying blind. Good luck. If you find out anything new, re-post your message and questions.
