See my response on cervical dysplasia.

Usually we follow an abnormal pap smear with 3 colposcopies, with or without biopsies. Once clear (three strikes your out) then we follow with pap smears every year. Surveillence, rather than surgery, is often prudent for abnormal pap smears that don't met the criteria of dysplasia, but could lead to worse lesion.

As for lifing your arms over your head, well, the option is surgery or not lifting, it sounds like. Your choice. After a c-section the uterus or the incision site can adhere to the abdomenal wall, more likely if there was an up and down incision on the uterus than a transverse incision of the uterus. This can be taken down by an operation, either laparoscopically or an open case, although thre is no guarantee the uterus won't reattach after surgery. But, if it only bothering you when you lift your arms above your head, or when the doc is trying to do colposcopy or a pap smear, I'd vote for moving everything to the bottom shelf.
