Any Success after failed IUI and IVF? Klein, MD: "Re: Amennorhea" Hi, I've been trying to get pregnant for 4 years. Three years which have been in treatment. I have undergone 6 IUI's and 4 fresh and 4 frozen embryo transfers thru IVF. My first IVF attemtpt was successful but miscarried in my 5-6 week. I have supposedly unexplained infertility however recently was tested for immunilogical problems. These tests only showed that I don't have a blocking agent antibody that women need to sustain a pregnancy. Unfortunately my own Dr.in my area doesn't believe in this and won't treat it. He doesn't feel more treatment is in my future. I'm only 30 as well as my husband. I feel like this is the end. I have looked elsewhere in my state of MA for a second opinion. This part of the country does not believe in immunological problems as a reason for not getting pregnant. I'm becoming very depressed and don't know if there is any hope for me.
