GENERAL: what does 'unidigital introitus' mean in my medical records?

While reading through my medical records from my OB I ran across this description: "PELVIC: She has a unidigital introitus" as written by my OB. I understand the use of "introitus" here to mean "vaginal opening" but I don't understand if there is any other significance. Thanks!
