GYNECOLOGIC: Unanswered diagnosis for over two years! Need help!!

Hello, Let me first say that this has been a struggle and a hinder on my life for the past two years. It began two summers ago when I began experiencing abnormal amounts of vaginal discharge. I was first treated for a yeast infection (Oral Meds..diflucan). I was also empirically treated for gonnorrhea and chlamydia at this time with Cipro and Doxycycline, as I was to be leaving town for a couple weeks and they wanted to make sure that I was covered if the tests came back positive. After three rounds of Diflucan and the other antibiotics and still no help I was referred to a specialist who told me it wasn't yeast, it was bacterial vaginosis. I was then given two rounds of Metronidazole. This still did not help the issue. It was several months before I looked into the issue again. I was given another round of Metronidazole per oral, and after that didn't work, then two rounds of Metrogel. STILL NOTHING! I did in the mean time find out I had HPV and since have had two colposcopies, both with just mild dysplasia and no need to further treat at the time. After finding no help in prescription products I began looking into home remedies to try to fix the situation. I have used garlic and peroxide intervaginally, Acidophilus and Folic acid orally, and am getting ready to try the Tea Tree oil method to see if that will work. I don't know what else to do. If there are no STD's, and the doctor said the HPV wouldn't be causing the discharge, what is a girl supposed to do?! The discharge is always a thick white, usually pasty, sometimes clumpy consistency. I don't know if it is a result of inflammation or from the discharge but since this started I have had no personal lubrication available. And we all know how embarrassing it is in the heat of the moment to be as dry as dry can be. Things will sometimes clear up from one remedy or another for a day at most and then it usually comes back worse. I am frustrated that no one can give me a good solid answer on what is going on with my body. I have also been shrugged off as "some women just have more discharge than others." And I understand that, but to go for 21 years like a normal female, to all of a sudden this type of extremity I will NOT believe that its my "normal." Not that drastic of a change all of a sudden. Someone please help me. I am desperate and looking for some type of explaination or help. I am lost in this battle.
