Hi,
Hydrosalpingx of left side tube is the cause of pain in your case.Removal of this damaged
tube can be easily done by laparoscopy. Once you get one tube removed your
pregnancy chances are also cut down to 50% By operation your pain will go away.
This is seen often after  conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
