Hi,
When IUD causes perforation it is difficult to remove normally as in your case.
How the diagnosis of perforation was made? By ultra sonography? It is difficult
to believe your story of perforation. Bleeding for fews days may remain after
removal of IUD.Increase in WBC count indicate infection some where.
