I noticed a reddish/pinkish color in my discharge, so I discontinued the Monistat 7, and switched to Monistat 3. I finished the treatment, and still to this day, (4 months later), I have a very thick, dark brown discharge. I do have a Merena IUD, which I've had for 3 years, and have never had a problem with. I did sleep with another person, besides my boyfriend, once. Did I somehow get an STD? what's wrong with me?
