ENDOMETRIOSIS: Another question for Dr. Lyons

I wrote a message regarding black, tarry stools and endometriosis. You said at my age (40), the endometriosis "should be becoming relatively quiescent". Last year, I had my left ovary and tube removed due to an endometrioma/adhesions...I also had endometriosis lasered. Now, last Wednesday, I had an ultrasound because of pelvic pain and I have two endometriomas on my right ovary. Since it shouldn't be long and I should be done having problems with endometriosis, do I need to do anything about these endometriomas? Thanks.
