Dear Lisa, Things to do: 1) increase the dosage to 1000mg twice a day for a few months. 2) Your absence of menses may be related to a. elevated prolactin levels b. Possibility of other causes such as weight (? over 200 lbs, eating habits, excess running, Cushings or other causes of lack of menses. Let me know. Best wishes, Dr. Futterweit
