I am 40 now and have noticed black, tarry stools starting on day two of me periods and lasting a few days during the last several periods. I had a colonoscopy before my last lap last year and it was normal. Would this be any connection with the endo and somethibg I need to mention to my gyn? The other symptoms of endo have gotten worse the last few months also.
