Hello, I have a small lump on my labia. I've had it for over a year. Sometimes it gets touchy, but the doc said nothing needs to be done to it unless it becomes painful.

It's always a good idea to get a lump checked at your next family doctor/internist or gyn visit just to make sure. Make sure you mention it to the doctor!
