Re: HORMONEALLERGY: I'm allergic to my own hormonesFrom: Pat Sonnenstuhl (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sat, 23 May 2009 19:10:01 -0500 (CDT)
Changes in endorphins, prostiglandins, estrogen and prolactin have all been implicated in cycles and it is unclear which one is the causative agent. Progesterone starts being secreted mid cycle, and estrogen is at its highest peak. It isn't so much an allergy as a cyclic change. Sometimes the birth control pill can make this worse, sometimes better. So, that would be important information to know....At Sat, 23 May 2009, chala wrote: > >I get a face rash every month.
