Hi,You recently had mymectomy of 14 cm degerating fibroeid weighing 3 lb. It is big fibroid and uterus will take few month to involute and come to normal size. i advice to wait at least3 months to 6 months post oprative and then get H.S.G.( hysterosalpingo graphy to know present condition of tubes and its patency. we will also know the paresent size of uterus after myemectomy. The procedure requirs expert gynecologist to so the job with x-ray immage intesifier facility. Then get treatment of fertility specialist. The second abortion i think is dut to probably big fibroid and that too degerating.
