can you tell me what the mass might be? i know i have fibroids and multiple cysts but now i'm worried that a mass has also developed (in two weeks!!). i also feel tired, though i was diagnosed with anemia recently), i dont know if it has anything to do with the pelvic issues. also, the pain is much better now than it was 2 weeks ago. thanks
