Hi, It is possible that you have urinary infection following surgical termination. After any surgery urinar infection is possible. Your urine Ph is acidic goes in favour of infection. To confirm collect a mid -stream urine sample(After seperating labia) in a strile laboratory containor and get urine examination including microscopic to find pus cells in urine. If pus cells are there urinary antibiotics like Norflox( Uroflox} tab 400 mg one tab TDS is to be taken for 10 days along with vit.C.Tablets two tab. a day Dr.Narayan Patel M.D. D.G.O.
