I am replying not because I am expert in what you have but because it is very much new to me to see such a complication.

How sure you are that it is peritoneal fluid, have you done some tests. Is there any granulation tissue around that necrosed area, Lastly, It it did not heal for almost 6 weeks, Why not to close it surgically, from the vaginal side.
