ONCOLOGY: Endometrial Dysplasia/Endometrial Intraepithelial neoplasia (EIN)

Is having squamous epithelium with severe dysplasia of the endometrium the same as having endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia (EIN)?

Shouldnt I have columnar glandular cells in my endometrium, not squamous epithelium? Am I understanding it correctly that a complete cell change has occured?

It is my understanding that cervical dysplasia & Cervical intrapithelial neoplasia (CIN) are the same....which is why I was wondering if it was the same for the endometrium.

I've been diagnosed with pre-cancer of the cervix, with endocervical gland involvement, as well as pre-cancer of the endometrium. I also have a prolapsed uterus & cervix, and numerous adhesions. I'm just trying to sort it out.

Thank you for your time regarding this matter.
