As long as it occurs around ovulation this will take us to the diagnosis of midmenstrual pain or <ittleshmerz pain which is caused by peritoneal irritation at the time of ovulation. It occurs in most ovulating women but the degree of perception of that pain varies from one woman to another, It lasts for hors or even one or two days. You could try to do yorself a test by stopping the ovulation for one cycle and see if the pain occurs or not. To stop the ovulation for one cycle just use oral contraceptive pills fpr one month. If it is ovulation pain, you either stop ovulation or you take pain killers at that time, nothing else you can do. Changing position during sex could help,
