Please help me! :( Birth contro pills may better start on 5th day of cycle takind every day one at bed time, with out fail. One may have nausea like symptoms for first few days.it can be effective from the vary first month. It will increase you weight,may decrese your menstrual blood loss and will regularise you periods.It can be taken for few years till you wants to have child.When taken for more thn 3 years paeople have noticed much decrese in their blood loss. some people notice hair loss too. it is difficuit to say how much weight gain you may have.it depends on many factors,like mental stress,eating habits etc.
