I agree with you, Hope. This a very important fact and having PCOS at times is associated with significant insulin resistanca and many of the consequences of the metabolic syndrome. Delaying pregnancy may be difficult and there are few facts specifically relating to possible even earlier changes in hormone production when under attck by natural aging and inherent abnormalities of the ovaries. Consider her statement seriously, and thank you again Hope for relating this fact to the readers. The frequent early risks and events that may happen to many of these women may shorten the enjoyment of family and children. Please take heed. Dr. Futterweit
