I have been coughing very often and this has been the third day that I have had very severe pelvic pain in the groin/ovary area. When I cough it gets worse and feels like a knife stabbing into me. The pain alternates from the left and right side day by day but it is never in the middle. There are no bulges or lumps, I am just very sore, sometimes to the point where I cant sit up.
