GYNECOLOGIC: Complex Ovarian Cyst - Pls help SCARED

Hi, I'm a 31 year old, married, no children. Have always had functional/simple cysts throughout my teens onwards and they have gone away. I went to my Ob/gyn last week for my annual, the did an ultrasound which showed a trace amount of free fluid in my cul-de-sac and a "2.2cm complex thick walled cyst" on my right ovary. There was nothing more on the ultrasound report than that. If there had been blood flow to it or it looked suspicious would they have wrote that on the report? I am very scared, I have no history of cancer in my family, I have taken the BCP for over 15 years but stopped a couple of years ago. They suggested waiting 6-8 weeks as it should resolve with a menstrual period and when I spoke the nurse she didn't seem concerned as I was "young", but as it's a complex cyst I'm scared it's cancer. I suffer with anxiety and I cannot think straight through worrying. Any advice please? Thank you.
