I doubt the gartners duct cyst is related to abnormal pap or to miscarriage. I also do not think the left ovarian cyst from 6 years ago is related to the current one.

Gartners duct cysts are remnant cysts and are embryological remnants from your fetal life. Unless you also have some kind of uterine anomaly related to a uterine fusion defect, there should be no relationship...Dr. von Almen
