Considering you surgical history in addition to your gynecologic history, I totally agree with you. You need radical soulution which in you case, Hysterectomy is the best answer. Ablation has a percentage of failure and another precenatge that you will need another surgery in the future. Hysterectomy (Laparoscopy is going to be difficult in your case) by laparotomy, removing only the body of the uterus, leaving back the cervix and ovaries, this mean you dont lose much. The ovaries are responsible for your hormones and leaing the cervix will leave you sexual life almost as it was before. Yes, The body of the uterus is for getting children.
