LOCALIZE THE TENDER POITS EXACTLY WITH THE Q TIP TEST 3.SHE SHOULD USE HIGH POTENCY STEROID FOR NO MORE THAN 4 WEEKS .4USE LOCAL ANAESTHETIC INJECTIION AS A CONFIRMATION OF THE DIAGNOSI 5 \ IF THE DIAGNOSIS IS CONFIRMED SH SHOULD : CONTINUE ON MAINTAINNACE TREATMENT WITH COTTICOSTEROID 2 ANTI DPRESSANT 3 SURGERY AS A LAST RESORT
