I finally became preganat and just miscarried at 7 weeks. How long should I expect to bleed and cramp for? I'm on my 4th day of pain and have taken 550mg of anaprox 2-3 X a day, but am still hurting. I called to cancel my ob appointment due to the miscarriage, they just said sorry and goodbye. Shouldn't they have been more concerned with my health? I don't know when to draw the line as far as knowing if I should go to the ER. I have passed a LOT of clots and tissue like stuff. I was very scared and have NEVER knew so much stuff would come out of me at only 7 weeks along.

I have been sleeping a lot as I am very drained. When I went to get my blood tested for hcg levels the other day (hcg levels dropped from 1600 to 375), the nurse said my blood was not flowing very well. Probably because my arm was elevated, I think my blood pressure was lower than normal (normally my bp is on the low side at 95-105/60-70) and I felt like I was going to pass out. Also, I have bruises where blood was taken, this has never happened to me before. I'm concerned with being anemic. Should I have the doctor test my hemoglobin? Are there any other levels that are important to test when losing so much blood?
