I get headaches once in a while but have just recently noticed they seem to be coming about a week after my period. I've heard of women getting headaches DURING their period due to hormonal changes but do some women get them after their period too? Also, whenever I get these headaches, they seem really sensitive to motion. Like if I stand up too fast or lean forward and then sit back up, my head starts pounding and sometimes my vision darkens, almost like my BP has dropped.
