GYNECOLOGIC: Blood test for cervical dysplasia

I recently read an article concerning a blood test for detecting cervical dysplasia and cerrvical cancer. It tests plasma levels of Cervical Specific Antigen (CSA). Can anyone tell me if this test is available in the U.S.? My doctor had never heard of it, or so she said...I suspect that this type of test might cause some women to forego an annual PAP if such a test were accurate and widely available. But with PAP tests being relatively innaccurate as well, it would make sense to have a concurrent blood test detecting actual presence of the antigen, not just HPV test detecting selected high-risk viral strains.
