Swelling caused by estrogen is not only water but fat as well. Estrogen cause increase of fluid in the body as well as fatty tissue. So far, all what you need is time but nobody could answer you for how long because it varies from one to another, but definitely the fat tissue needs some exercise from you. All is needed from you is some exercise, control of fatty and salty diet.
