I would be a little concerned about a possible ectopic pregnancy, if you can't associate it with ovulation as you have in the past. Another thing would be an appendix that is acting up. If the pain persists, for certain see your gyn provider....appendix can be irritating, and on the right side as you are describing. Ectopic might not show up on a preg test, but some preg sumptoms might show up (such as dizziness). So, don't sit on it if it continues....
