My period is due within the next couple days. But the day before yesterday I had sex but there was some bright red blood in the semen exiting my vagina. This HAS happened to me before but usually the next day or day of I end up starting my period. But since this time, I haven't had a bit of blood. Is this something common that can happen a few days before the period is to start? Thanks.
