Dr.Futterweit:I can only surmise that as I answered the woman who had ann empty sac miscarriage (see below), that it may be time to try metformin prior to and during pregnancy's first trimester. The metformin may be given with or without clomid.You are likely to have a better chance this way. Best wishes, Dr.Futterweit
