> truluvcats Estrace localized cream will relieve your vaginal atrophy .It is helpful to use to start out.You can supplement it with external Astroglide or Replens after the vaginal atrophy is treated.This estrogen vaginal cream may actually help your urinary symptoms as well.You were probably checked for a urinary track infection but if not you should be tested.You are entitled to a healthy happy sex life .If you use the Estrogen cream it will not cause weight gain.As far as exercise,if you have a physical therapist ,ask them about in the water exercises if available near you.
