At your age, I doubt uterine cancer. With your smoking history,
cervical precancer is possible as something about smoking seems to
accelerate dysplastic changes on the cervix.
Second, yes, you could be pregnant. Please do a first morning pregnancy
test to see. If yes, call your doc immediately.
Third, decide what you are going to do about the pill. You are doing
yourself absolutely no good by haphazardly taking the pill, forgetting,
restarting. You are just messing things up. Stop smoking now and do
yourself a favor...Dr. von Almen
