I had a small bowel obstruction and with the help of Miralax and small meals I am able to move my bowels and it appears that the movements are getting bigger. Could they? I have a test scheduled for Tuesday next week which is a barium swallow to see if I have an obstruction in my lower ileum. Will this show up if it is an adhesion? >From everything that I have read it is better to let the adhesions alone then have them removed unless completely necessary. True or False?
