UROGYNECOLOGY: Can not stop urinating

I am scheduled for surgery tomorrow morning for a biopsy of a breast mass. I have a long hisotry of episodes of blood clots in my urine, microscopic hematuria and UTI's. The doctors believe I have had Glomular bleeding. For the past month I have had these blood clots again. I have seen my doctor about this, a urine culture did not show infection last week and the clots are exactly the same as when I have had Glomularnephritis. Tiny clots that streak blood thoughout the urine. Two days ago I started getting pain in my bladder and groin areas and lots more bleeding. Today no visable bleeding but I can not stop urinating. I am talking about urination large amount at least once or twice an hour. I do not feel sick. Just tierd of urinated and tierd from lack of sleep due to being up throughout the night to urinate. I am suppose to be at the hospital at 6 am. Can they just do this biopsy or do I need to tell them what is going on with the urination. I guess that is a stupid question as it would be stupid to not tell them at the hospital I just do not want this biopsy posponed. Help, its after 8 pm here and I have to be there at 6 am and I can't get ahold of a doctor now. So I came here.... I have never in my life urinated this much.
