Hello Dr. von Almen,
Thank you for your reply. I called my obgyn and the nurse told me that
she could only tell me to try the otc cream and if that didn't work to
go to my pcp for a referral to a surgeon. I am a sahm with a 2 month
old baby that is exclusively breast fed. I cannot have surgery right
now due to that and money issues. Is there anything else I can do? I
tried the otc stuff and they are still there.
Thank you for any help you can offer.
