The first thing that needs to be done is to insure that the bleeding is indeed coming from the cervix. You should have and endovaginal ultrasound with fluid and or a hysteroscopy to insure that the bleeding originates in the cervix. If all the blleding is from the cervix and directed biopsies are negative then a cervical cryo( freezing can be done which solve your problem
