My largest is 7cm. I had issues with them in my pregnancy where they grew. The only way from what I was told if they could cause issues is if they are in the cavity. its called a hysteroscopy. I just went for an ultrsound where they place a cath into the cervix and fill the cavity with water to see if there is anything in there. This was the last test they did to ensure that it wouldn't cause issues with my next pregnancy. They have adamantly told me to NOT do a mymomectomy unless it was absolutly necessary. They said any surgery down there can interfere with fertility and to try the least invasive ways first...I am not sure if this helps. Good luck!
