I have had horrible cramping periods to the point that I get physically ill from it (vomiting headaches, etc.) but I never bleed very much if at all and just spot.

My gyno finally did an ultrasound and told me that I had a heartshaped uterus and that it would be hard to get pregnant (I am in no rush to get pregnant I just want the pain to go away) I recently did some research online and found that there is a procedure called Metroplasty and that the pain may be caused from a blockage of the horn. Will this surgery correct the problem and where can I find a doctor in my area that knows more about this than my current doctor obviously doesnt?
