The pimple could be any number of things .If it is under the skin ,it is less likely to be an STD.If you can see it,and it does not hurt,it could be but is not necesarily ,Human Papilloma Virus.If it grows bigger or is painful,you need to have it checked .If it does not hurt ,I doubt it is Herpes .Herpes is usually very painful.If it is under the skin ,it could be a sebaceous cyst which will self heal.Before doing genital self exam it is best to wash you hands .I am hoping this is gone soon.If not,please get an evaluation.JoAnn NP
