I haven't had a period since March. I'm not pregnant. No fallopian tubes. They were removed back in August of 07. For the last year and a half I have had spotting between periods that lasted for 10-15 days, now nothing. I do have a full feeling anytime I try to eat and have some how gained 15 pounds in less than 2 months. I have had stage 3 cervical dysplasia about 14 years ago, a history of large fibroids and problems with ovarian cysts rupturing and causing emmense pain. I have had every diagnosis from adnomyosis, endometriosis, pelvic inflamation, polycystic ovarias but they all end up being disproved. I'm at a loss at this point. I haven't had a pap for about 8 years since the birth of my son at that time. Have been back and forth to the er for extreme pelvic pain and bleeding but can't afford a dr without insurance. We do have a history of female cancers running very heavily on my mom's side of the family and my 36 yr old brother is battling stage 4 colon cancer for the second time. I am very concerned now. Any ideas what could be causing the missed period?
