My last period was a little over 2wks ago and I had severe cramping on the first 2 days. Unusual for me because I haven't hardly any since I've been on the pill. Since then I have had moderate cramping on & off. I've gone several days without any and sometimes several times throughout one day. Also happened while having sex. Made things a little uncomfortable, but not really painful. It feels just like cramping that comes w/a period. I took a pregnancy test a few days after it started and it was negative. Any ideas on what it could be? I've not had any irregular bleeding/spotting. I currently just see a Nurse Practioner for my annual exam & to get my pills.
