This is my second pregnancy. First full term (so far). First was a miscarriage at three months. He did a urine culture and it came back negative. I really thought that is what is was, too. We had an ultrasound at 10.5 weeks and it's just one fetus, so not twins. It hasn't gotten worse since the last appointment, but hasn't gotten better either.
