Usually we get some functional cysts after hysterectomy and leaving the ovaries. There is no definitive explanation for the cause, however in most of the cases pills will help to shrink it away. Dont worry, as long as it appeared that fast after surgery, is functional and will reseolve in a couple of months even if you did not take the pills.
