I shouldn't think that you would feel any type of "ovulation pain" on the right side if you don't have an ovary on that side.

I would make an appointment to be seen. It could still be a stone, mine are slow to move and I am never sure when I pass them. It might warrant looking at your appendix as well.

Since it is not improving and most certainly is not ovulation pain, I would make an appointment today.
