The HPV shouldn't affect your chances of conceiving. Is this the same partner as with your other babies ? Are you tracking your cycles carefully, honoring the fertile days ? No smoking and following a healthy lifestyle ? Same with your partner ? I would wait a few more months before checking in with your OB provider. In the meantime, learn all you can and make sure you are both leading a very healthy lifestyle.
