Re: YEASTINFECTION: Period during Yeast InfectionFrom: Rachel (anonymous@obgyn.net)Fri, 30 Nov 2007 15:09:42 -0600 (CST)
I had already started treatment for the yeast infection, and then got my period a couple of days later. Even though I'm treating it with terconazole cream, my period seems to aggravate the itching. Does this make sense? I've heard that menstrual blood can be a ripe environment for yeast.
