INFERTILITY: Laparoscopy following previous laparotomy to improve fertility?

I am 43 with a history of endometriosis. I had a laparotomy 15 years ago to remove a large ovarian cyst, and other small lesions were burned, though the surgeon did not remove all traces of endometriosis. I have had five IVF procedures, one successful (I have a two year old daughter). I can no longer have IVF procedures in France, where I live, but would still like to try to have a second child, though I realize it might be difficult. Would a laparoscopy to address adhesions from the previous surgery (one ovary is adhered to the rear of my uterus) and to address remaining endometriosis help? I have little pain from my endometriosis currently.
